Tri2b (Pty) Ltd is not a member of, and does not subscribe to the code of conduct of, any self-regulatory or accreditation body, and does not subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution code. If something goes wrong, write to us first — we would rather fix a problem than argue about it. A consumer who is not satisfied may approach the National Consumer Commission, and a complaint about personal information may be taken to the Information Regulator.
