Serverless migration
My primary focus was migrating the existing monolith to GCP Cloud Run — a move that cut infrastructure costs and removed the operational overhead of managing VMs. The migration ran incrementally, service by service, with no downtime.
Key workstreams
I rebuilt the authentication service from scratch to fix longstanding session bugs, rewrote the invoicing system to handle complex split-billing scenarios, and shipped a Next.js companion site for the tenant-facing experience. All infrastructure is managed via Terraform.
