PARAMOS is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets service businesses manage their entire operation in one place — from subcontractor onboarding and job card dispatch through to invoicing, compliance tracking, and client reporting.
Application stack
The backend is Laravel with Inertia.js bridging to a React frontend built on ShadCN UI components. Multi-tenancy runs with fully isolated databases per tenant, so there is no risk of data bleed between clients. Typesense handles search across contractors, jobs, and inventory — fast enough to query on every keystroke.
Infrastructure
Deployed on GCP Cloud Run with Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL. Background work goes through Cloud Tasks queues and all CI/CD pipelines run on Cloud Build. The entire infrastructure — networking, IAM, databases, run services — is defined in Terraform and version-controlled alongside the application code.
